Position Title: Director of Administration
Reports to: Senior Pastor
Hours: Full-time, weekends as needed
Salary: $64,000 annually

Position Summary: The Director of Administration is responsible for the financial and administrative areas of
St. John’s Lutheran Church, including supervising property staff and front desk volunteers, collaborating closely
with the staff, Property Committee, Finance Committee, Treasurer, and Council.
