The Property Manager is responsible for managing the physical campus of St. John’s Lutheran Church including oversight, cleaning, maintenance projects, event set up and take down, and coordination with other property staff members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, training of property staff on all maintenance procedures and equipment; develop and maintain property staff work schedules; ensure budget adherence; conduct inventory of supplies and place orders when needed with approval of the Executive Director; provide oversight of all property projects that are both volunteer led and those requiring outside professional vendors; conduct regular safety inspections.
